The Basics of Scrip

• The Scrip program is an easy way to buy gift cards and raise money for MLCA.
• Gift cards are face value. For example if you pay MLCA $25, you get a $25 card.
• When you purchase scrip, you can designate part of the funds earned towards tuition for future years. (Family 50 Plan)
• Scrip accounts provide a great way to give teachers and staff members a gift.

Two Ways to Buy

• Order online at shopwithscrip.com. (Please contact mlcacoordinator@gmail.com for enrollment code or instructions on setting up your account.) Orders will generally be available for pickup Thursday afternoon in the main office.
• Purchase directly from the school.  Orders for items not in inventory are placed Tuesday mornings.  Please have your order ready by 9:00 a.m.

Family 50 Plan

• Tuition credit is for next year or beyond.
• Extended family members and friends can contribute to your Family 50 account.
• Current purchases can be “banked” into a “baby plan” for future enrollment.
• ScripNow! (automatic online purchase) also contributes to your Family 50 account.
• Any unused Family 50 Plan funds will roll over to the next year.
